Due to the weekend snowstorm on the East Coast, Two Day and Overnight Shipping cannot be guaranteed for delivery by December 24th. Every effort will be made by our shipper to deliver on time, but we recommend Email or Print Now no-cost delivery options to be on the safe side.

Can I order and deliver a gift on the same day?
Yes, you can purchase an Experience and we can immediately deliver it to your gift recipient in one of two ways:

Email: We provide a beautifully designed Experience E-Card (view sample) which sends your gift, experience details, and the Experience Card Number to your recipient in the form of an email. This is a free delivery option. You can send your Experience E-Card immediately, or you can schedule delivery on the day of your choice. All scheduled Experience E-Cards are delivered on the morning of the scheduled date. Upon receipt, your lucky recipient can soak up the details at their leisure or go directly to our website and schedule their experience.

Print Now: We provide a printable Experience Card for your recipient, which includes the Experience description, image, details, and the Experience Card number. This is a free delivery option, and will print to your own computer.

What are your shipping options and costs?
Excitations offers a variety of convenient shipping options for delivery within the U.S., including email for immediate delivery. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or international, APO or PPO addresses.

*Please note that processing time can take up to 24 hours, so please allow for this lead time when ordering. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders received by 2 pm ET, Monday - Friday, will begin processing that day. No deliveries are made on weekends.

How does email delivery work?
Simply select Email in the shipping options section of the check out page and then enter the recipient information for each gift you are sending. You can send your Experience E-Card immediately, or you can schedule delivery on the day of your choice. All scheduled Experience E-Cards are delivered on the morning of the scheduled date. Upon receipt, your lucky recipient can soak up the details at their leisure or go directly to our website to schedule their experience.

Will cost or gift value be included in the gift box, email, or print certificate?
Rest assured, no value or price information will ever be included in the Excitations gift box, or in the email or print certificates.

Can I choose the date that the gift will be delivered?
Printed and emailed experiences arrive at the time of your choice. For gift box delivery, you can manage the time it will take for your gift to be delivered by choosing from the shipping options. At this time, you cannot choose a specific date for your gift box to be delivered via UPS.
