Can I order and deliver a gift on the same day?
Yes, you can order an Excitations Experience and we can immediately deliver it to your gift recipient. We provide an Experience E-Card which sends your gift, experience details and the Experience Card Number to your recipient in the form of an email. This is a free delivery option.

You can send your Experience E-Card immediately, or you can schedule delivery on the day of your choice. All scheduled Experience E-Cards are delivered on the morning of the scheduled date. Upon receipt, your lucky recipient can soak up the details at their leisure or go directly to our website and schedule their experience.

What are your shipping options and costs?
Excitations offers a variety of convenient shipping options for delivery within the U.S., including email for immediate delivery. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or international, APO or PPO addresses.

*Please note that processing time can take up to 24 hours, so please allow for this lead time when ordering. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders received by 2 pm ET, Monday - Friday, will begin processing that day. No deliveries are made on weekends.

Will cost or gift value be included in the gift box or email?
Rest assured, no value or price information will ever be included in the Excitations gift box.

Can I choose the date that the gift will be delivered?
You can specify the time it will take for your gift to be delivered by choosing from the shipping options. At this time, you cannot choose a specific date for your gift to be delivered.
