Can an experience be returned?
Yes, experiences can be returned within 30 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase. A $20 restocking fee will be assessed on your return. Refunds are provided via a credit or check to the original purchaser. Please contact us.
Can an experience be exchanged for another experience?
Excitations experiences can be exchanged for another experience. If the new experience costs more than the original experience, the difference will be collected at time of exchange. If the new experience costs less than the original experience, the difference will be credited.
To exchange a gift, visit www.excitations.com/redeem:
- Input your Experience Card Number. The details of your current experience will be displayed along with an option to schedule your gift or to Exchange your gift for another.
- If you would like to exchange your gift, please follow the appropriate link and you will proceed back to the home page to shop for an alternative experience. Please note that your credit amount is presented in a banner at the top of your screen.
- In order to complete the exchange, you much choose an experience.
- If the new experience costs more than the original experience, you will be directed to enter a credit card to pay for the difference.
- If the new experience costs less than the original experience, the difference will be credited to your account and your account balance will be shown each time you log into your account for as long as the credit remains.
