Baseball & Boating Double Header for Two
Batter up! Set your sights on a one of a kind sailing, sporting adventure. You and a friend will begin with a sail aboard the schooner, American Spirit, docked at the DC Southwest Waterfront marina. Bring some beer or wine to enjoy while sailing down our national river -- the Potomac -- down to Old Town Alexandria. Return back to the dock right in time for the game.
- Enjoy an exhilarating sail teamed up with the excitement of a Nationals game in their new stadium
- Begin by arriving at the Gangplank Marina docks and step aboard the American Spirit
- After returning back to the Gangplank Marina, walk the seven-tenths of a mile to the new stadium, or take the Metro, or move your car
- Grab your mitt and take your seats - exclusive block of bleacher seats put you in the heart of the right centerfield action
- Head back to your car or the metro and go home with your memories of an adventurous, sports-filled event

Minimum age is 8 years old; under 18 must be accompanied by a participating parent/guardian; waiver must be completed by all (by parent/guardian for minors)
For evening games, check in begins promptly at 3:00 pm and the boat leaves the dock promptly at 3:30 pm; please plan on arriving at least 15 minutes prior to departure to check-in, boat returns at 6:00 pm with game starting at 7:10 pm
For afternoon games, check in begins promptly at 9:00 am and the boat leaves the dock promptly at 9:30 pm; please plan on arriving at least 15 minutes prior to departure to check-in, boat returns at 12:00 pm with game starting at 1:05 pm
Participants must be able to walk 7/10ths of a mile to stadium or make alternate plans to reach the stadium
Comfortable shoes and weather appropriate clothing; bring your baseball glove and Nationals hat!
Distance of sail is weather and wind dependent; provider may cancel the sail due to weather conditions
Seats are upper right centerfield bleacher seats
