Travel to the Rookery Islands that surround Pine Island with a local, professional photographer to discover a region rich with abundant wildlife and lush vegetation while learning practical tricks and techniques for nature photography. A bird lover’s paradise, zoom in on local birds including herons, hawks, pelicans and barn owls as they fly, feed, and nest in their natural habitat.

Essential Information:
Minimum age is 18 years old

Suitable for all levels of experience, from beginner to advanced

Participants must know how to swim, be comfortable on the water, and not afraid of fish

What to Wear:
Bathing suit underneath outer attire and shoes that can get wet (expect to get wet)

Other Information:
Participants need to bring their own camera (film or digital,) point and shoot or SLR; hat, sunblock, bug repellent, drinking water, sunglasses, and a water tight bag
