This Experience For Two Sweepstakes is 1) open to U.S. residents who have a valid e-mail address and are 18 years of age or older and 2) void in any area where prohibited by law. Employees and agents, and their immediate families of Excitations, LLC are not eligible.

To enter, you must submit your e-mail address at http://www.excitations.com. If you do not wish to sign up for email, you may also enter by sending an E-mail. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm U.S. Eastern Time on March 17, 2010 in order to be eligible for the drawing.

Each individual may enter only once and only one entry per e-mail address is permitted; applicants with multiple entries may be disqualified for the drawing. If you do not have a personal e-mail account, you may obtain one at no cost at http://www.hotmail.com or a similar service.

On March 19, 2010, one winning e-mail address will be chosen randomly by Excitations, LLC from all eligible entries. The e-mail address chosen will be the winner. The winner will be sent an Experience available in the Excitations Blue Circle Choice package at the time of the drawing. These Blue Circle Choice package experiences are valued at $200.

One winner will be chosen. Odds of winning depend on the eligible number of entries. Prizes will be awarded to the primary user of the e-mail account at the time of the drawing. In the event that you change your e-mail address, you will have the opportunity to update your e-mail address by E-mailing Us. In the event that there is any confusion over the primary user of the account, an alternative winner may be selected.

The winner will be notified by e-mail within fourteen (14) days of the drawing. If Excitations, LLC is unable to reach the winner via the initial notification e-mail within fourteen (14) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

All federal, state and local taxes, license and all other costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.

No alternative prize or other substitution is permitted. Excitations, LLC reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.

Acceptance of any and all applicable Excitations, LLC Terms and Conditions is a condition of participation in the Quarterly Sweepstakes. Failure to abide by any and all Terms and Conditions constitutes a disqualification from this Quarterly Sweepstakes.

The winner must sign a written release which authorizes Excitations, LLC to use photographs and/or quotations (discussing the Experience) for any and all Excitations marketing and promotional purposes. Failure to sign the written release constitutes a disqualification from this Experience for Two Sweepstakes.

All winners, by acceptance of prize, release Excitations, LLC and their employees, officers, and representatives from any and all damages arising from this Experience For Two Sweepstakes.

Excitations, LLC is not responsible for computer, internet, technical, or other problems of any kind, including but not limited to lost, stolen, not received, late or misdirected entries.
